1. Subscription model
AfroFusionPlate meal plans operate on a recurring subscription model. Plans may be offered weekly or fortnightly. The available plan size, price and frequency are displayed before checkout and may change over time.
2. Recurring authority
By starting a subscription, you authorise Stripe to process recurring charges for the plan you select until you pause or cancel it in accordance with this policy. Your checkout screen and account should clearly identify that the payment recurs.
3. Billing and receipts
Payment must be successful before an order is processed. We may issue payment, renewal, failure or receipt notifications by email or other transactional channels. Payment card information is processed by Stripe; AfroFusionPlate may retain transaction identifiers and payment status records.
4. Changes, skips and pauses
You may change meal selections, plan size, frequency, skip a cycle or pause where those controls are available. Changes must be submitted before the applicable cut-off shown in your account or current customer information. A change received after cut-off may apply to the following cycle instead.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring meal plan before the applicable cut-off for the next cycle. Cancellation stops future recurring charges after any already-committed order cycle. We do not impose a cancellation fee for ordinary meal-plan cancellation unless a clearly disclosed special offer or separate agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
6. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may notify you, retry the charge, ask you to update payment details, suspend order preparation or delivery, or cancel the affected cycle or subscription. We will not intentionally continue to deliver unpaid recurring orders where payment is required in advance.
7. Price changes
We may revise plan prices, delivery fees or inclusions prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before a material increase applies to their next recurring charge. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
8. Promotions and credits
Promotional offers may have eligibility dates, limits and specific conditions. A promotion does not change your ongoing subscription price unless expressly stated. Credits are not cash and are applied according to the terms under which they were issued, subject to consumer law.
9. Consumer rights
This policy does not exclude rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services or products that fail applicable consumer guarantees.
